Senior Financial Accountant
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing specialist accounting and financial support and will assist in ensuring that all statutory, tax and management reporting requirements are met for Theatrical businesses. This will include : Management of mark-up intercompany recharges and invoicing at month end for sub-entities Review bank reconciliations for all entities Assisting with month end, quarter end, and year end processes Assist in training and management of overseas third-party support, Accenture Management of overhead and other accruals including preparation of Overheads Management Summary for Managing Director Assisting with cash flow analysis and forecasting for all entities Assisting with reporting for the Warner bros Licensee deal as well as any licensee deal audits Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts with appropriate supporting documentation for GBS/Blackline reconciliations Maintaining fixed asset register Support and assist in coordination of annual statutory audit process, working with external auditor Deloitte Preparing BAS and FBT returns and lodging them on time Assist with WHT reconciliation and reporting Reviewing and approving travel and entertainment claims in Concur Quarterly ABS survey submissions Undertaking all other duties as allocated by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Finance Managers Conducting accounting analysis as required Ensuring on-going self-development
