Looking for a high potential Business/Finance/Accounting Undergraduate with strong interest to work in the Theme Park industry. The specific role will be working in one of the Universal Studios Hollywood Finance/Accounting teams located at the theme park. One to two major projects will be assigned, often related to FP&A, Accounting, Cost optimization, financial reporting, Process improvement and other financial analysis. The internship length will be roughly 10 weeks with flexibility to adapt to student schedule as needed.

Food and Beverage Analytics and Process Improvements - time studying, data collections, data analysis; performed in theme park and City Walk food venues. Deliverables will include developing labor standards, providing throughput and capacity calculations, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for improvements.

USH Capacity Studies - time studying, data collections, data analysis, at various USH attractions to look at general improvements. Also look at the variety of ways Attractions tracks Delays and enhance it to one or fewer solutions.

This individual is responsible for managing the Night Operations team of 200+, including the night-to-night operation of the theme park. The Sous Chef would primarily be responsible for all culinary offerings in a designated area of Universal Studios Hollywood. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service at all levels. This position in culinary is responsible for supervising and developing teams working across Universal Studios Hollywood.

The Assistant General Manager, Margaritaville will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Essential Functions Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

Summary The Maintenance Reliability Manager provides maintenance reliability support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows) and is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of various theme park attractions to increase uptime and equipment availability. Duties include, providing technical support to the maintenance team, lead Root Cause Failure Analysis, establish, monitor, optimize preventative and predictive maintenance plans and execute corrective actions to address complex problems.
