The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.

Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. For each, works with the team on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on organizational skills, documentation, and communication. The Sourcing Manager for Universal Studios Hollywood is responsible for the acquisition of materials at the most economic price possible, considering commodities market fluctuations, shipping and raw goods prices from both U.S.-based and global vendors which may entail purchasing materials in one country to be shipped to another country across the globe. This position is responsible for the timely delivery of goods and may source a variety of categories and services used in the Universal Kids Resort hotel and theme park.

The Entertainment CityWalk Supervisor plays an essential role in supervising and supporting all aspects of digital visual content and live performance talent pertaining to Entertainment of CityWalk. They must maintain detailed records of all digital content and in some cases will serve as the Technical Director for key live events. They will have a strategic focus on content creation and preparation. This individual will have an overall awareness and expertise for CityWalk technical operations as well as live performance operations.

Oversees the daily operations and personnel of the Costume Department, working in partnership with Senior Costume Management to ensure the fabrication, maintenance, and inventory of all costumes meet high-quality standards and operational demands. Supports ongoing entertainment productions and events, and integrates new costumes into the operation as needed, while maintaining alignment with budgetary goals. Summary The Director of Culinary Operations reports directly to the VP of Culinary and Executive Chef and is responsible for two main pillars: Culinary Production and Culinary Park Operations. In this role, you will work with department leadership in planning, implementing, and supporting new food and beverage initiatives, lead culinary teams in planning, training, and daily execution, and serve as a culinary expert who provides leadership and sets standards for culinary excellence.
