The Sous Chef – Margaritaville, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence. The Manager, Ride/Show Engineering provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, shipping & logistics, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, with emphasis on Show Action Equipment (SAE), including mechanical show systems, animated figures, and special effects equipment and/or systems.

The Sr. Project Director is responsible for senior direction and management of all Facility Construction development aspects for major land, attraction or hotel development (the “Project”), including all coordination and communications, planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the Project meeting or exceeding the goals of assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

Summary Responsible for assisting the Studio Tour Driver Manager with managing the Studio Tour Driver staff, Teamsters - Local 399, also includes managing the day-to-day operation of the Studio Tour. Essential Functions Assist the Manager in hiring, training and development of Teamsters Local 399 driver staff.
