Job Purpose: As an Attractions Supervisor, in partnership with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Lead team, while maintaining strategic, financial, and daily operational plans that support overall Guest and Team Member satisfaction for the attraction. Job Summary: Responsible for the growth and development of Leads. Supervises the daily operation of the attraction in a Duty Management capacity. Maintains a strong focus on safety and positive internal and external Guest service.

The Manager, Event Operations & VIP Hospitality will support the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of USH and CityWalk Special Events. This role focuses on operational excellence and guest experience for events such as Sales and Press Events, Park Buyouts, Internal Team Member Events and the day-to-day hospitality business of the VIP Lounge and Moulin Rouge. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Event Operations & VIP Hospitality, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event delivery aligned with USH’s standards.

Universal Studios Hollywood is seeking an experienced Creative Associate Manager to join our Entertainment Creative Development team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Creative Associate Manager will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in experiential design, themed entertainment, stage, and/or screen work. This position centers on show direction, creative development and strengthens the department’s ability to scale, take on additional assignments, and advance creative work across the portfolio.

The Senior Producer, Show is responsible for overall management and leadership of the Creative team, project documentation including, but not limited to Deliverables Lists, Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents, Attraction Design Drawings, Attraction Scope, management of project folder structure, document control to the architects and vendors as well as all other pertinent records. Supervises the Associate Producer and or Producer with managing the show design team efforts and individual vendor deliverables.

Assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences with review of a wide range of marketing and advertising collateral across all channels, including marketing toolkits, press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

The Senior Manager, Back Lot Attractions/Transportation Garage/Water World is responsible for maintenance leadership of the Transportation Department, Back Lot Attractions, and Water World.

The Manager, Technical Services (Rides & Attractions) is responsible for maintaining strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions within the Technical Services Department. The Manager provides technical guidance for all attractions under his or her area of responsibility.

The Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance lead a team of three QA specialists, making sure that food safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the theme park and City Walk venues. Acting as the primary liaison with the LA County Health Department, this manager directs quality assurance efforts by utilizing our systems and analytical tools. This role manages the daily operations of the Food Safety and Quality Management System and leads the quality assurance team to protect employee and consumer safety, as well as product integrity at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Universal Destinations & Experiences has a fully integrated, in-house sourcing department conducting primary research from Request for Proposal (RFP) development, data processing, field work, cost modeling and compilation of information to final analysis, contract negotiation and reporting.

The Manager, Animated Figure Team, is responsible for the overall sustainment, show quality, reliability, and aesthetic presentation of animatronic figures, animated props, and relevant ride vehicle components, or structures, at Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for both the Figure Animations and Figure Finishing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical, creative, and operational departments.
