The Assistant Manager, Audio/Video Technical is responsible for leading the onsite design implementation, installation, operation and maintenance of audio/video systems of assigned Entertainment projects of various scale, including marquee events, park theatrical entertainment, press events, and special projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the USH Project Scheduling Portfolio including developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. You will be responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and preparing status for internal and/or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule.

The Controls Engineer II is responsible for implementing sustaining solutions, as well as performing design modifications to ride and show system elements to improve safety, reliability, operational readiness, diagnostics, and serviceability. The successful Controls Engineer II works in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable, cooperative, enthusiastic, optimistic, dependable, consistent, patient, diligent, and attentive to detail, with strong self-discipline.

The Sous Chef will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence at all times. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.

The Front of House (FOH) Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. As FOH Manager, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the FOH team and will be responsible for the functions and flow of the front of the house. The FOH Manager is responsible for insuring that customer service meets the standard of excellence at all times.

The Senior Producer, Show is responsible for overall management and leadership of the Creative team, project documentation including, but not limited to Deliverables Lists, Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents, Attraction Design Drawings, Attraction Scope, management of project folder structure, document control to the architects and vendors as well as all other pertinent records. Supervises the Associate Producer and or Producer with managing the show design team efforts and individual vendor deliverables.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Consistently achieve operational excellence.

Summary The Chef reports directly to the Executive Sous Chef for the park and would primarily be responsible for all culinary offerings in the Food Venues at Universal Studios Hollywood. He/she is responsible for the production of all foods in multiple venues and ensure the highest quality and service at all levels. This position would be the primary culinary leader responsible for supervising and developing teams working across park operations and within Universal Studios Hollywood.

The Senior Area Manager, Retail Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail distribution warehouse, including offsite locations. As the Senior Area Manager, Retail Warehouse you will lead teams, optimize inventory management, ensure the timely delivery of products to retail locations, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics in a fast-paced retail environment.
