The Senior Producer, Show is responsible for overall management and leadership of the Creative team, project documentation including, but not limited to Deliverables Lists, Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents, Attraction Design Drawings, Attraction Scope, management of project folder structure, document control to the architects and vendors as well as all other pertinent records. Supervises the Associate Producer and or Producer with managing the show design team efforts and individual vendor deliverables.

The Senior Manager, Back Lot Attractions/Transportation Garage/Water World is responsible for maintenance leadership of the Transportation Department, Back Lot Attractions, and Water World.

The Manager, Technical Services (Rides & Attractions) is responsible for maintaining strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions within the Technical Services Department. The Manager provides technical guidance for all attractions under his or her area of responsibility.

The Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance lead a team of three QA specialists, making sure that food safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the theme park and City Walk venues. Acting as the primary liaison with the LA County Health Department, this manager directs quality assurance efforts by utilizing our systems and analytical tools. This role manages the daily operations of the Food Safety and Quality Management System and leads the quality assurance team to protect employee and consumer safety, as well as product integrity at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Universal Destinations & Experiences has a fully integrated, in-house sourcing department conducting primary research from Request for Proposal (RFP) development, data processing, field work, cost modeling and compilation of information to final analysis, contract negotiation and reporting.

The Manager, Animated Figure Team, is responsible for the overall sustainment, show quality, reliability, and aesthetic presentation of animatronic figures, animated props, and relevant ride vehicle components, or structures, at Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for both the Figure Animations and Figure Finishing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical, creative, and operational departments.

This marketing role serves as the Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) liaison for overseeing IP partner relationships, integrating cross-functional marketing programs at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) as well as leveraging and complying with global brand guidelines. MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS (USJ) Develop and maintain relationships with international and domestic intellectual property (IP) and licensing partners for the review, approval and use of IP in the destination’s marketing creative, products and experiences.

The Parking Services Supervisor oversees daily operations related to revenue collection, parking, valet, and shuttle services for guests and Team Members. This role ensures all service areas and vehicles are clean and presentable, supervises staff across tollbooth, parking, and valet functions, and enforces company standards and procedures. The supervisor also supports departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing Team Member and guest satisfaction. This is an overnight position, with shifts typically starting between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
