Job Description The Assistant Manager of Entertainment Show Quality plays a key role in maintaining and/or creating the artistic vision of entertainment throughout the park. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing regular notes and feedback for current Entertainment elements/performers and also for assisting with new Entertainment elements/characters as directed/assigned. This includes but is not limited to, selecting the cast, running rehearsals, collaborating with designers, blocking movement and monitoring the project throughout its operation.

The Show Producer defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent, informing and advising Senior Management of Project status and Issues. Acts as the Creative Lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and workloads and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer provides engineering support for existing and new theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include complex downtime investigation and troubleshooting of ongoing issues, reverse engineering and redesign, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions. Additional duties include complex re-design and development efforts for mechanical / structural systems of theme park rides and attractions to provide increased reliability and operational improvements.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.
