Assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences with review of a wide range of marketing and advertising collateral across all channels, including marketing toolkits, press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines.
