The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations - Streets is responsible for assisting the Manager with oversight and management of the Entertainment Streets Department, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing finances, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues. While primary focus may be overseeing the day-to-day operations, some responsibility will also fall in assisting the Manager with project management and short or mid-range planning.

The Assistant Manager, Special Effects is a pivotal role within the Entertainment Technical Teams, responsible for providing comprehensive support in the technical execution and production of all special effects, show action equipment, puppets, and animatronic elements for seasonal and event-based entertainment. Reporting directly to the Manager of Special Effects, this role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong focus on operational efficiency, documentation, and upholding our world-class standards.

Summary The Director of Culinary Operations reports directly to the VP of Culinary and Executive Chef and is responsible for two main pillars: Culinary Production and Culinary Park Operations. In this role, you will work with department leadership in planning, implementing, and supporting new food and beverage initiatives, lead culinary teams in planning, training, and daily execution, and serve as a culinary expert who provides leadership and sets standards for culinary excellence. Strategically plan and manage media across all media channels, segments and audiences for North America-based theme parks and experiences, including but not limited to, Universal Studios Hollywood. Effectively lead agency teams and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage media budget details, including reconciliation and reporting to Finance, Brand, Leadership, and other internal stakeholders. Partner with analytics partners in utilization of data and analytics to inform media strategy.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Operations Shows shall be responsible for ensuring the functionality of all operations related to the day to day execution of the show(s)/element to which they are assigned. The Supervisor reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations Shows as appropriate to ensure proper facilitation of duties. The Supervisor, Guest Experience plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by resolving challenges with empathy, efficiency, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. This position leads a team dedicated to high-standard service across the Guest Relations Front Desk, Guest Services, Visa Lounge, and Lost & Found areas, acting quickly and thoughtfully to address a wide range of guest concerns and recovery scenarios.

The Manager, Technical Services (Rides & Attractions) is responsible for maintaining strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions within the Technical Services Department. The Manager provides technical guidance for all attractions under his or her area of responsibility.

Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage physical plant functions, construction, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of Citywalk, CityWalk O&O and Parking Operations.
