Universal Studios Hollywood (USH), the “Entertainment Capital of L.A.” and the world's largest working movie studio and theme park, is looking to fill a technician role in the Point of Sales area. This position serves as day-to-day functional support for the Universal Studios Hollywood Point of Sale (POS) Systems. The POS technician works in coordination with the POS Help Desk to support both POS software and hardware environments for the Food, Merchandise, Ticketing and Parking applications.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project life cycle, concept design through turnover, for each of the projects that Universal Creative undertakes. In addition, an important function is to assist the Master Scheduler in collecting, integrating and monitoring current project schedules, future projects and anticipated projects into a Portfolio Master Schedule that tracks and monitors all current, future and projected projects for USH Creative senior management.

The Production Planner is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of manufacturing operations, from scheduling and coordination to performance evaluation and continuous improvement. The Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing production schedules, budgets, aligning cross-functional teams, and optimizing resources to meet delivery timelines.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.

Summary The Assistant Security Operations Manager supports the coordination and execution of crime prevention and security operations across Universal Studios Hollywood (USH), including CityWalk, Metal Detection Screening, and the Theme Park. This role assists in ensuring the safety of guests, team members, and property by helping to resolve security concerns promptly and effectively.

Responsible for overseeing the onsite design implementation and installation of audio/video content of assigned Entertainment projects of various scale, to include marquee events, park theatrical entertainment, press events, and special projects, while also maintaining Entertainment audio/video assets. Work closely with the AV management team, in addition to the vendors and other partners to ensure proper implementation of AV designs on assigned projects. Attends project meetings as required, facilitating the exchange of information between all stakeholders.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and Administrative duties in support of the Human Resources team and larger Theme Park client. This position is responsible for partnering with the HR Manager and Operations clients to provide HR, administrative and transactional support. This position will manage functions including workflow forms, payroll processing, SAP updates, overall deal administration, etc.
