The Show Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s) Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.

Summary Direct the operation of 8-12 quick service branded restaurants with sales volume ranging from 20M-30M per year. Responsible for implementation of strategic planning to optimize restaurant profits while adhering to quality, cleanliness and guest service standards. Ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills. The Controls Project Engineer II leads the execution of complex Ride/Show control system upgrades across multiple attractions, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards. This role provides senior-level technical leadership, strategic vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination throughout all phases of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. The Project Engineer II is expected to mentor junior engineers and serve as a key technical advisor to project management.
