The Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance lead a team of three QA specialists, making sure that food safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the theme park and City Walk venues. Acting as the primary liaison with the LA County Health Department, this manager directs quality assurance efforts by utilizing our systems and analytical tools. This role manages the daily operations of the Food Safety and Quality Management System and leads the quality assurance team to protect employee and consumer safety, as well as product integrity at Universal Studios Hollywood.

The Manager, Animated Figure Team, is responsible for the overall sustainment, show quality, reliability, and aesthetic presentation of animatronic figures, animated props, and relevant ride vehicle components, or structures, at Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for both the Figure Animations and Figure Finishing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical, creative, and operational departments.

This marketing role serves as the Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) liaison for overseeing IP partner relationships, integrating cross-functional marketing programs at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) as well as leveraging and complying with global brand guidelines. MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS (USJ) Develop and maintain relationships with international and domestic intellectual property (IP) and licensing partners for the review, approval and use of IP in the destination’s marketing creative, products and experiences.

Serves as a leader and culture changer putting process & policy in place and while holding warehouse staff and direct reports are accountable for meeting and exceeding job responsibilities. This Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Pricing & Revenue Management department and performs detailed financial analyses of attendance trends and forecasts to make strategic recommendations for ticket pricing and product offerings. By providing high-quality insights, this Senior Financial Analyst supports both the short-term and long-term financial success for Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Horror Unleashed. Analyze sales and attendance trends by origin, sales channel and product mix.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Consistently achieve operational excellence.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.

The Show Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s) Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.

Summary Direct the operation of 8-12 quick service branded restaurants with sales volume ranging from 20M-30M per year. Responsible for implementation of strategic planning to optimize restaurant profits while adhering to quality, cleanliness and guest service standards. Ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
