The Retail Warehouse & Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of shipping, receiving, storage, transfers, and space maximization. This individual is responsible for managing the Park Services team of 200+ in the theme park. This individual will ensure that the theme park environment is clean, safe, maintained in a presentable fashion, while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements.

This individual is responsible for managing the Night Operations team of 200+, including the night-to-night operation of the theme park. This individual will ensure that the theme park environment is clean, safe, maintained in a presentable fashion, while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements.

As the Assistant Manager, Technical Services (Rides), you’ll play a key role in executing the technical operations strategy for our rides and attractions. This position focuses on optimizing labor, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring our attractions are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience.

The Manager Digital CX & E-Commerce is responsible for destination programs that evolve the Universal Studios Hollywood business, improving the entire guest digital journey inside and outside of the Park. This role is constantly looking forward with partners across Universal Destinations and Experiences to identify, solution and deliver improved guest experiences in the medium- and long-term. This role puts the guest first and has a high focus on ownership, diving deep to understand our guests, advocating on their behalf, and clear consistent internal communications.

The Vice President of Development & Delivery is responsible for providing strategic oversight and business direction of destination and design development, including major attractions, food & retail, and live entertainment venues, such as CityWalk; parking structures; and destination-wide landscapes. Leads all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, and project completion within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

The EHS Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive safety services and business partner support across various departments at Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. This role focuses on the continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs, fostering a company-wide safety culture aligned with our core value of “Making Safety a Priority.” Additionally, the EHS Manager will lead the development and implementation of specific EHS programs and processes, including the creation of training content and related communication support elements.
