The Manager, CityWalk Food – Quick Service Restaurants will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple Quick Service venues, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venues. This position will directly supervise a team of assistant managers. In the Manager role, this position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic planning and optimizing restaurant profitability; candidates must also be passionate about quality, cleanliness and guest service standards.

The Finance Manager is responsible for Financial, Planning & Analysis of NBC Universal’s television product globally. In this role, the manager will support the preparation of greenlights and Ultimates, and revenue budgeting/forecasting across Television content. This position will report to the Director, Finance and will be responsible for working collaboratively with Production/content owners and Information Technology. Key Responsibilities: Oversee development and update of Television ultimates and greenlights, including presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

This position will be a key player in the KNSD and KUAN Finance Departments. Successful candidates will have an established background in accounting or finance, a strong analytic foundation, and an aptitude to maintain responsibility for a broad range of evolving priorities.

With the direction of the Restaurant Managers, execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards.

The Manager – Payment Systems role is responsible for managing a team involved in the overall sustainment, ongoing strategy, standardization, analysis, design, implementation and configuration of Payment systems and services at Universal Destination and Experiences. This includes leading various compliance and business continuity related initiatives, including developing conceptual ideas into actionable implementation plans, monitoring, analyzing and executing compliance and business continuity projects based on requirements.

Role Purpose The Vice President, Labor Relations will be responsible for oversight of the labor relations function for the Universal Studios Hollywood (“USH”) theme park business of NBCUniversal, including collective bargaining, contract administration & grievance handling, and legal compliance, and provide labor relations support for other NBCU businesses as assigned. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Labor and Employment for Universal Destinations & Experiences and is located in Universal City, California.

SUMMARY The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations - Fabrication is responsible for assisting the Entertainment Costume Fabrication Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Costume Department, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing finances, resolving operational challenges, reviewing and/or revising process and procedure when necessary and addressing guest and/or team member issues.

The Manager, Entertainment Show Operations is responsible for the management of a show, show venue, and its personnel and operations. The Manager works with appropriate partners to lead and manage the culture, daily operation, coordination of projects, overall product quality and ensures policies and procedures are consistently enforced and/or followed. The Manager promotes positive guest and employee experience by ensuring that all areas and aspects of the business are running at optimum performance level.
