Photo Archivist (Staff with End Date)

In this role, you will be responsible for processing, cataloging, rehousing, and managing the digitization of the Universal Pictures photography collection. These assets include but are not limited to negatives, prints, transparencies, and digital files. Please note: This role is a temporary staff position with an end date of approximately 3 years. What You’ll Do: Archivally process, catalog, and rehouse photography and related materials. Prepare, transport, and monitor collections for internal and external teams for large scale digitization project. Serve as liaison and provide necessary support between external vendor and Digital Asset Management team during uploading process of scanned photography. Prepare status reports and metrics of photography collections for internal stakeholders.
