The Service Center Coordinator provides support for NBCU Facilities Customer Service Center & Building Intelligence Operations. You will be part of the Service Center team supporting all NBCU West Coast sites, 7 million square ft of real estate across Universal Lower Lot Studio Operations, 10 Universal City Plaza, Dream Works Campus, Assembly Studios in Atlanta, as well as our Sports teams in Stamford. You will meet diverse customer service request needs, providing information supporting communications of Facilities Ops & Eng work activities.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations in working with NBCU’s feature-films and episodic TV productions. You will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the rental equipment, as well as the day-to-day demands from productions and production crews. You will fulfill all outgoing and incoming equipment orders, as well as maintaining orderliness and safety of the warehouse environment. You will maintain close relationships with production representatives to analyze and make decisions relating to the production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

The Vice President, Facilities Operations & Engineering will be responsible for developing and leading facility operations strategy, teams, tools and solutions for NBC Universal’s West Coast facilities along with our facilities operations in Atlanta, GA. You will be leading a large diverse workforce of facility pro’s along with major facility IWMS systems, critical systems monitoring, service center, MRO and extensive maintenance and repair programs across approximately 5M square feet of office and studio facilities.

In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and improving upon the daily activities and administrative functions that relates to the Asset Center personnel and processes. You will partner closely with internal teams, productions, and other customers as the subject matter expert able to advise on all asset questions and processes. You will focus on identifying efficiencies and opportunities to enhance our client’s experience and long-term initiatives that contribute to the advancement of our organization and financial health.

NBCUniversal is looking for a Fleet Service Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. You will also be the primary liaison for an external vendor as needed.
