The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations in working with NBCU’s feature-films and episodic TV productions. You will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the rental equipment, as well as the day-to-day demands from productions and production crews. You will fulfill all outgoing and incoming equipment orders, as well as maintaining orderliness and safety of the warehouse environment. You will maintain close relationships with production representatives to analyze and make decisions relating to the production. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

You will be responsible for repairs of various LED and legacy lighting products used for film and television production. The Repair Center Technician will troubleshoot, root-cause and repair light fixtures, run quality checks on out-going product, as well as update cases in software tracking system. This role will be based at the Chandler Cineo location in Arizona and will require effective communication, problem-solving skills, as well as a strong aptitude for reading schematics and wiring diagrams.

In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and improving upon the daily activities and administrative functions that relates to the Asset Center personnel and processes. You will partner closely with internal teams, productions, and other customers as the subject matter expert able to advise on all asset questions and processes.
