Coordinator, Product Marketing

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the operational execution of NBCU’s advertising product marketing initiatives. This role will play a vital part in tracking timelines, maintaining GTM collateral, and helping the team stay aligned and ready to execute across multiple workstreams. The Product Marketing Coordinator will work closely with team members across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategy, and Product. Responsibilities: Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones for product marketing campaigns and initiatives Manage internal asset repositories (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint) and ensure content is current and accessible Support creation and review of GTM collateral including decks, FAQs, and one-sheets Manage intake requests and assist with prioritization across the PMM team and stakeholders Help prepare materials for internal trainings, roadshows, and leadership briefings Coordinate with creative/design teams to facilitate asset development and on-time delivery
