Programming Manager

Responsible for overall service delivery and operations of programming functions for multiple channels within respective region Create, validate, and distribute program grids fore primary and digital channels Monitor program changes and obtain network clearances as necessary Proactively monitor and track stations’ existing and future programming Assist with planning resources and workloads within the station/region, addressing peak times and special high-profile events Provide local program contingencies based on network operating conditions for live programs Ability to lead and manage Programming staff as well as support day to day activities Maintain and update quarterly and annual FCC Children’s Programming reports Ability to support and collaborate with teammates and work with various departments within stations that require involvement from Programming Operations
