Coordinator, Data Visualization & Graphic Design

The Data Visualization & Design team is part of the Sales Enablement team withing the NBCU Advertising & Partnership Organization. The Sales Enablement team works with sales to provide consistent, customized messaging to all clients and agencies. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Coordinator, Data Visualization & Design, to join our team. The candidate must have strong design capabilities to prepare final presentations and assets. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Director and Manager to deliver best-in-class sales materials: Design visually compelling and effective sales collateral (PowerPoint presentations, One-Sheets, Newsletters) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, final materials for each request Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards Uphold brand consistency across all presentations and collateral, ensuring that designs align with the company’s visual identity and messaging
