Creative Services Executive - 18 months Fixed Term Contract
The creative services executive co-ordinates creative localisation and services approved assets internally and externally on allocated film campaigns. This role splits films with the 2nd creative services executive position across all Universal Pictures films & will report into the Creative Services Manager. CREATIVE SERVICING & PRODUCTION Responsible for the briefing & localisation of paid media creative assets (includes Digital and Social AV) on allocated Universal films Co-ordinates the approval & distribution of creative materials to internal stakeholders and external agencies Manages material deadlines & creative localisation timelines on allocated UPI films Provides summary of creative direction and assets available to marketing team Downloads relevant creative assets and uploads to internal sharing platforms Reviews spec sheets and works with Creative team to map the most appropriate content for each placement Works with internal creative resource and external agencies to mock artwork designs Collaborates with internal creative team on presentation designs and mock up’s Assist with basic localisation tasks for simple image/video/social edits
