Associate Production Operations Specialist, Telemundo Houston

We are looking for an Associate Production Operations Specialist to join the Technology & Operations team in Houston, providing support to Telemundo Houston. As an Associate Production Operations Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for assisting in preparing and executing the operation of the automated production control system (APC) for live and taped television broadcasts. One of their primary responsibilities will be to collaborate in the editing of the news broadcasts. Job Responsibilities: Edit stories and clips to ensure high-quality, engaging content aligned with production standards. Assist in operating control room systems and automation, using templates to optimize technical directing, audio mixing, robotics control, live/remote segment cut-ins, video playback, graphics insertion, and signal switching. Assist in giving direction and timing to talent and other technicians during broadcasts and studio productions. Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes. Performs other control room and production-related duties as assigned. Required on-site. This position is required to be performed full-time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
