Director, Business Solutions
The Content Distribution division is responsible for developing, securing, and managing distribution agreements with MVPDs and OVDs in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.The Director, Business Solutions, Content Distribution will oversee the strategic alignment between Content Distribution and corporate Operations & Technology functions. Primary responsibilities include project management of key Content Distribution initiatives, support of critical systems, vendor management, process re-engineering, requirements analysis, documentation of business processes and processes in support of audit and SOX requirements. The Director will support the Sr Director, Content Distribution. Responsibilities: Lead major system initiatives in support of the Content Distribution division Provide support for business-critical financial and operational systems within Content Distribution. Oversee the project management of key Technical Operations initiatives, including support for Content Distribution Digital Products and Operations, such as Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) and Olympics-related programs. Manage vendor relationships and prioritize system features within the product portfolio. Monitor progress, identify risks, and work with stakeholders to mitigate issues. Engage cross-functionally with internal and external partners to drive initiatives forward. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and peers to understand and document business requirements, strategies, and needs. Oversee release management, internal audits, SOX compliance, controllership, and cybersecurity efforts. Ensuring Compliance with financial, security, technology and cybersecurity regulations, policies and standards. Promote and maintain operational excellence across all processes and business activities Lead process re-engineering and documentation efforts in support of audits and SOX requirements. Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to executives, ensuring complex information is clearly communicated and that stakeholders are aligned on key initiatives, decisions, and next steps.
