NBCUniversal is seeking a Distribution Operations Project Specialist individual to join a driven and highly-motivated team located in Centennial, Colorado and Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey within NBCUniversal’s Technical Operations. The Distribution Operations Implementation representative will be responsible for overseeing and driving multiple internal projects across the Distribution Operation portfolio to streamline in-market workflows. This position will work with subject matter experts to define, scope, prioritize and manage critical business projects.

This includes project chartering, identification of metrics, resource requirements and milestones, creation of project schedules, stakeholder change management and communications plans and mitigation of risks. The Sr Manager of Process Improvement and Portfolio Management reports to the VP of Operational Intelligence.

Reporting to the VP of Production Management, the role is instrumental in ensuring alignment amongst key stakeholders and activities for internal and third-party productions.

The Project Manager for Universal Creative is responsible for managing the design and construction of themed environments at Universal Studios Hollywood. Projects include retail, restaurants, facades, wayfinding graphics, kiosks, carts and area development items. The Project Manager should be a proactive problem solver who also possesses broad knowledge in facility design management, production, scenic techniques and materials. The Project Manager will be working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
