The Construction Project Manager is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage construction projects for Universal Studio Hollywood (USH). The Project Manager will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

The Project Manager for Universal Creative is responsible for managing the design and construction of themed environments at Universal Studios Hollywood. Projects include retail, restaurants, facades, wayfinding graphics, kiosks, carts and area development items. The Project Manager should be a proactive problem solver who also possesses broad knowledge in facility design management, production, scenic techniques and materials. The Project Manager will be working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose The Occupancy Planning Coordinator supports the delivery of workplace services across NBCUniversal’s international portfolio, focusing on maintaining accurate floor plans, occupancy data, and supporting day-to-day moves and changes. As part of the International Workplace team, you will be responsible for maintaining the foundational workplace data for NBCUniversal’s international portfolio using our core platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all sites, and supporting seamless collaboration across the team.
