Job Summary For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of all construction and/or renovations of major land, attraction, resorts, walkways, and waterways, back of house support buildings, parking structures and any new facilities. This will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

The Director, Project Management will be responsible for leading the execution and delivery of a large-scale project portfolio across NBCU News Group, supporting National News, Local Stations, and Telemundo Enterprises. This role will partner closely with the Sr. Director, Program Management to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and workstreams, ensuring consistent delivery, governance, and transparent reporting to leadership.

The Director, Applied AI Innovation & Business Adoption will drive the practical application, adoption, and measurable business impact of AI capabilities across NBCUniversal News Group. This is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on AI practitioner who combines deep knowledge of modern AI tools with strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, that requires the ability to influence without direct authority.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Responsible for the effective management and delivery of Property Development construction projects, including enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings supporting the development of a world-class destination resort. Oversees construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle, including design integration, construction documentation, contractor interfaces, field operations, schedule and budget management, and on-site issue resolution.
