Job Summary For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of all construction and/or renovations of major land, attraction, resorts, walkways, and waterways, back of house support buildings, parking structures and any new facilities. This will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

The role provides leadership and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring infrastructure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality, operational, regulatory, and guest experience requirements.
