Senior Manager, Account Management
The Senior Manager, Account Management works with a global team of sales, business development, marketing, operations, and business analytics professionals to optimize transactional film and TV revenue across digital distribution partners in the U.S. and Canada. In this multi-faceted role, the Senior Manager has end-to-end responsibility for an account portfolio, driving revenue and strategic alignment with NBCU goals. This position reports to the Vice President, Digital Platforms. Responsibilities: Build strong, consultative, strategic relationships with external and internal partners that lead to overall business growth Collaborate with partners to develop innovative merchandising and marketing plans in support of film and TV releases Leverage data and market-driven insights to identify incremental revenue opportunities and guide business and strategy decisions Create and execute partner business plans Negotiate programming, pricing, and promotional opportunities to maximize revenue and consumer engagement Lead innovation with partners through ideation, testing, and analysis to grow the business Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders on partner strategy and execution Drive process improvement, scale, and efficiency in workflows
