Manager, FP&A and Analytics

Role Purpose: The Corporate FP&A team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for NBCUniversal consolidated financial results. The team also oversees the preparation of presentations to a wide spectrum of internal and external audiences including NBCUniversal and Comcast Senior management, as well as Investor Relations. This role will be part of a function within this team that is committed to drive excellence in FP&A across the enterprise leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud as a key technology enabler. As the Manager FP&A and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our FP&A function by leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to streamline processes, enhance analytics capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Director of FP&A and Analytics, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help design and implement innovative solutions that optimize financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The role will be business-lead. Responsibilities: Support the development and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes on behalf of the finance organization. (Become a) hands-on expert in FP&A SAP Analytics Cloud (and DataSphere) planning, reporting & analytics. Digital storyteller that can turn business data into easy-to-understand visualizations. Partner closely with both the business and IT teams to support the software implementation. Challenge the organization to drive standardization in data and process. Provide training and support to other team members and help deliver comprehensive training materials and learning sessions. Responsible for Corporate FP&A solution(s) administration and enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in FP&A, proactively recommending innovative solutions to drive business value.
