Senior Director, Growth & Commerce Product Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Growth & Commerce Product Analytics to lead the analytics function that helps Peacock grow its subscriber base, improve commerce experiences, reduce churn, and increase ARPU. This leader will partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and other business teams to turn customer behavior, product performance, and business goals into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. In this role, you will own the analytics strategy, operating model, and team supporting the full Growth and Commerce product journey, including acquisition, conversion, retention, upgrades, pricing and packaging, winback, offers, partnerships, account management, and monetization. You will help teams identify high-value growth opportunities, diagnose customer friction, influence roadmap priorities, improve experimentation quality, and scale trusted analytics through AI-enabled workflows, Databricks, and self-service tools. Responsibilities Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Growth & Commerce Product Analytics team of managers and individual contributors focused on subscriber growth, retention/churn reduction, and ARPU. Strategy Development: Develop and execute the analytics strategy, operating model, and roadmap for Growth & Commerce Product Analytics across NBC Global Streaming. Business Impact: Identify high-value opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, upgrades, pricing and packaging, winback, offers, partnerships, account management, and monetization. Product Partnership: Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and other business teams to prioritize product bets, diagnose customer friction, and connect roadmap decisions to measurable subscriber and revenue outcomes. Experimentation: Influence the Growth and Commerce experimentation roadmap by improving hypothesis quality, metric definition, guardrails, test sequencing, readouts, and application of learnings to future product decisions. Data Quality: Partner with data engineering and instrumentation teams to define analytics and experimentation data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure production data models and pipelines reliably support reporting, self-service tools, and decision-making. Analytics Scale: Advance AI-enabled, Databricks-based, and self-service analytics workflows that improve analyst productivity, automate recurring readouts, accelerate diagnostics, and make trusted insights easier for stakeholders to access and act on. Communication: Translate complex analyses, experimentation results, and customer behavior patterns into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.
