The Manager, Content Strategy will be an integral member of the team responsible for developing Peacock and Bravo’s holistic slate strategy for unscripted content to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and viewership. The Content Strategy team works closely with stakeholders across NBCUniversal to align content strategy and execution to business KPIs. The NBCU Ad Sales Growth Strategy team is responsible for driving growth opportunities for Peacock, NBCU Streaming, and the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants, this dynamic team supports Ad Sales and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including long-term strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, business case development, sales optimization, and budget planning. The Director, Streaming & Growth Strategy will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales.

As Manager, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations, you will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Partnerships & Operations, driving cross-functional alignment around strategy and operations for enterprise partnerships, including management of external relationships and corporate partners. As NBCUniversal’s media business shifts towards streaming and greater technology enablement, the opportunity to grow strategic and commercial partnerships with large-cap technology and consumer-oriented companies is accelerating.

Here You Will: The Manager, Business Strategy, Universal Entertainment is a unique role at the center of Universal Entertainment’s strategy, working directly with Senior leadership across the portfolio. This person will be a part of a high-impact team that develops insights and recommendations that inform competitive positioning and critical decisions across portfolio strategy. The role reports to the VP, Business Strategy, Office of the Chairman and has a dotted line to the VP, Universal Television Entertainment Strategy.
