Commercial Manager, SEA & India

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for proactively supporting the Commercial Director to drive regional strategic objectives and manage key partner and retailer relationships to deliver budget and long term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Partner with the Commercial Director to deliver the commercial and strategic objectives through proactive management of third-party agents Drive strategic management of master toy partners and distributors to identify opportunities and unlock long term growth in region Drive additional growth across the region by identifying gaps in categories across markets Drive cross category retail account planning and execution in partnership with direct partners and third-party agents Drive communication for CP theatrical promotional opportunities in partnership with the Global and Regional theatrical teams and third-party agents Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple divisions to drive commercial results in market. This includes Category, Finance, Legal, Operations, Franchise, Retail, Product Development and Design, Theme Parks, Theatrical and TV and Digital Distribution teams Co-ordinate bi-monthly market business planning and reviews with third-party agents Co-ordinate in market partner pitches where required Assist with Key Partner Summit preparation Assist on internal tentpoles to maximise “Symphony” marketing synergies to unlock opportunities for our partners and drive sell-through at retail Sharing best practice examples with of third-party agents to inspire product category and retail growth Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and tracking documents where required
