Specialist, CRM Marketing Strategy

The CRM Marketing Strategy Specialist will support Customer Relationship Marketing campaigns for Bravo. This entails campaign development and hands-on execution of CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages), closely partnering with Campaign Operations and Marketing Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, accountable, detail oriented, articulate, and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will be data-driven with a growth mindset & natural curiosity and will be comfortable in an A/B testing environment. This is a highly cross-functional role and will require the consummate team player to be successful. Responsibilities Participate in planning, development and execution of email and mobile marketing campaigns for the Bravo App and Bravo Insider Work closely with creative design team, campaign operations and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets, copy and feedback are delivered on time Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysis Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brands and with other NBCU partners (UPG, UDX, Peacock, etc.) Facilitate the approval process, route previews to internal stakeholders and implement all revisions Assist in developing decks including but not limited to monthly scorecard, automations reporting, season recaps, etc. Conduct quality assurance of all email campaigns  Report out on monthly segment volumes for NBC, Bravo and Telemundo and track against KPIs Monitor the latest email best practices and marketing trends
