Summary The Application Engineer's role is to implement, test, analyze, and support software applications to meet the business requirements of Universal Parks. This includes troubleshooting and providing day-to-day support to multiple business units. Additionally, the Application Engineer researches, designs, documents, and modifies software requirements throughout its lifecycle, working with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver new applications and enhance existing ones to fulfill business needs.

This Business Solutions Consultant role is a key member of the Technical Operations organization and focuses on building and supporting the reporting and analytics environment for the NBCUniversal Studio Group. The Manager of Technology provides direct supervision of the broadcast engineering & systems engineering technical support teams. The Manager of Technology will report into the station’s General Manager, with a dotted line into the Regional Senior Director of Technology. This position is responsible for the daily management of existing systems & technologies as well as the deployment of new technologies to enhance our capabilities. The role oversees the technical support, upgrades, projects, and sustainability for broadcast critical infrastructure.
