JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting opportunity to join the Theatrical Dubbing Team within Universal Pictures International. This role is a fixed‑term position to cover maternity leave. The team sits within the Theatrical Operations Department and covers dubbing worldwide for Universal Pictures International, Focus Features, DreamWorks, and Illumination Entertainment. The Junior Dubbing Manager will work with our vendors, downstream teams, and international theatrical teams to schedule and process our theatrical releases.

You will be responsible for proactively managing and driving specific markets, categories and operational efficiencies within the agent hub. Media Prep oversees key workflows spanning source content QC, editing, transcoding, and delivery, ensuring assets are processed accurately and delivered on time to meet service level agreements.

NBCUniversal’s Media Operations Center is home to multiple teams that support the inbound and outbound digital delivery of NBCUniversal content in a 24/7/365 environment. One of these teams is Quality Control (QC), which plays a critical role in ensuring content delivered to both linear and nonlinear playout destinations meet all technical and operational requirements. The QC team is responsible for screening broadcast content through real‑time monitoring and spot checks.

The Project Manager is a key, multidisciplinary role that enables the accurate development, execution, and delivery of projects driven by the Entertainment Group in collaboration with other business units.
