NBC News Digital is looking for a deputy director of owned platforms to lead its evening shift, overseeing a critical part of a 24/7 operation that brings NBC News’ journalism to millions of readers across its homepage, app, alerts, social, newsletters and partner platforms. This role is one of three deputy directors responsible for leading platforms coverage across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsible for ensuring the delivery and testing of high-quality software solutions that power critical business processes. Leverage both manual and automated testing strategies, including AI-driven approaches, to deliver robust, scalable, and reliable applications, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and business value. Combine deep expertise in test management, automation, and release readiness with a strong understanding of Agile and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Contribute to the development of cutting-edge platforms that serve the needs of the Studio across various cloud providers and data centers. Responsible for developing the compute, storage, database and platform solutions on prem and in the public cloud. Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and implement next-generation CI/CD platforms-as-a-service for internal product solutions. Leverage Kubernetes operators and Spinnaker pipelines to automate application deployments and administration across multiple environments (on-premises and in the cloud).

Role Overview The Sr. Manager, Sports Marketing, will lead projects to support the planning and execution of marketing various high-profile NBC Sports properties including the Olympics, Paralympics and Sunday Night Football, while playing a key role on the MLB on NBC and Peacock marketing team. This position will be responsible for contributing to the goal of driving awareness, subscriber acquisition and retention, and viewership of sports properties across streaming, linear and digital platforms. This role will report to the Director, Sports Marketing.

OVERVIEW The Sales Manager takes a broad responsibility across the sales team to identify and shape optimal release strategies for each title, whilst continuing to maximise negotiations with their own assigned clients for theatrical releases distributed by Universal Pictures UK & Eire. They are involved in commercial forecasting, slate management and BO reporting to the wider Universal team. The role reports into the UK Theatrical Sales Director.

POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.
