As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic goals. Your role will involve directing and optimizing store performance, fostering a dynamic team environment, and managing special projects in alignment with the overarching objectives of the theme park and City Walk. Key Responsibilities: Implement and drive strategic plans to maximize store profitability while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Responsible for daily supervision the operation of quick service branded restaurants. Ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills. Essential Functions Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Union guidelines, as well as Company policies and procedures. Assist attorneys with review of marketing and advertising collateral including press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content for compliance with trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review of scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

This position will directly supervise a team of supervisors and managers and operate a high-volume concept in the mixed-use entertainment venue.
