As a Content Strategist for Discover Universal, you are responsible for leading video and podcast projects to help promote Universal Studios Hollywood to the world. You will lead and create the creative strategy and concepting on several video and podcast episodes for our branded content series and collaborate with a team of talented creators to help produce on-brand content that educates and entertains our guests. You’ll also work across a highly integrated marketing organization to partner on content communications plans that will ensure the impact of your work.

Working in a collaborative production team environment, this role is responsible for managing, and expediting all aspects of technical design and show production support and staff as assigned regarding design, development, fabrication, installation, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with codes, and jurisdictional requirements for Entertainment projects.

Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, development and execution processes associated with scope managed by the Ride and Show Programs team. This includes but is not limited to delivering safety enhancements, modifications, and full replacements of existing theme park attraction systems and equipment.

The Segment Experiences team develops the Marketing & Sales plan for assigned guest experiences and events like Fan Fest Nights, Halloween Horror Nights, and more. The guest experiences and events support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy for Universal Studios Hollywood. This position will work closely with the Sr. Managers and Managers on the team in assisting with day-to-day responsibilities.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will provide leadership, direction, and resources to manage retail stores, daily operations, and special projects in the theme park. Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales results. Ensure proper discounts are applied, and clearance items are marked correctly to meet inventory goals. Be familiar with daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end sales goals and ensure they are met. Minimize financial losses by maintaining compliance with internal, external, and Loss Prevention standards.

The Construction Manager of Facilities is responsible for the planning and coordination of activities for Maintenance and Construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames. Responsibilities include client interface, cost & schedule estimating programming, planning, design development and updating, construction document development, construction management, cost control, and financial reporting.

The Themed Environments Senior Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of activities for themed maintenance and construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames. Responsibilities include client interface, cost & schedule estimating programming, planning, design development and updating, construction document development, construction management, cost control, and financial reporting.

The Financial Analyst will support the Theme Park and CityWalk Retail team through finance deliverables including the following: daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, Budget/ Long Range Plan (LRP)/ Latest Estimate (LE) cycles, and ad hoc analysis. Will be assigned the specific tasks as the new hire will go through the training of all of the below responsibilities as seen fit.
