Essential Responsibilities: Analyze and abstract legal contracts and other documents daily. Summarize and enter terms for tracking of pertinent deal points, such as deal provisions, dates, deadlines, and talent across the television businesses including NBCU TV platforms and Studios. Documents to be reviewed daily include but not limited to, term deals, talent deals, pilot script development, distribution agreements, license agreements, and all forms of production related functions - producers, writers, directors and performers.
