The Marketing Shoot Production team oversees the production of all video shoots for the Entertainment Marketing teams within NBCU Television & Streaming. The Coordinator, Shoot Production supports the shoot production team as well as a senior level executive in Creative & Production.

This position requires a service-oriented person with a very good eye for details with database and inventory experience to juggle administrative support with managing an inventory of hardware assets deployed on NBC Universal film productions and term deals. Candidate must be able to manage a fast-paced environment with many interruptions. Accuracy is paramount in this position. The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and Administrative duties in support of the Human Resources team and larger Theme Park client. This position is responsible for partnering with the HR Manager and Operations clients to provide HR, administrative and transactional support. This position will manage functions including workflow forms, payroll processing, SAP updates, overall deal administration, etc.
