The Position The Director, Security for NBC News West Coast will have oversight of all security logistics and physical security operations for NBC News, which will include the planning and execution phases of all remote operations domestically and in Latin America. Summary The Construction Manager is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage in field construction activities for infrastructure projects at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Superintendent will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications. The role includes coordination with internal departments, supervision of the department trade foreman, administrative staff, contracts, finance, scheduling, contractors and sub-contractors.

Operational: Key contributor to the monthly and quarter close processes including preparation of close and consolidation journal entries, account reconciliations, and rollforwards across miscellaneous financial statement line items which may include cash, prepaids, accruals, overhead and others. Prepare and monitor Film HQ cash application and reporting processes, while managing related deferred revenue balances and proactively researching unclaimed cash for timely resolution.

The General Manager for Toothsome - CityWalk Food will be responsible for the overall operation of the venue, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venue. This position will directly supervise a team of supervisors and managers and operate a high-volume concept in the mixed-use entertainment venue. In the General Manager role, this position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic planning and optimizing restaurant profitability; candidates must also be passionate about quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards.

Job Summary: The Finance Coordinator will support two Production Finance Executives and productions that they are currently assigned. This position interacts with all of the shows on a daily basis.

Global Network and Distribution (GND) operations team is responsible for maintaining NBCU’s corporate and broadcast network. We are looking for an engineer who has a broad spectrum of knowledge with all networking technologies. Being in operations team needs understanding of all parts of network. Also includes reacting to alerts, working with vendors and clients to resolve issues, working with other network teams such as engineering, architects, automation teams to understand the changing network and troubleshooting problems. We maintain a 24X7 on call rotation.
