The Coordinator, Creative Advertising will be a vital member of the Creative Advertising department responsible for managing A/V, Print and Digital campaigns for Universal Pictures theatrical releases. As part of a dynamic and collaborative creative team, the individual in this role will report to the EVP of Creative Advertising and liaise with other employees in the department.

The Sous Chef – Vivo Italian Kitchen, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Project Manager will report to the Director, Portfolio, and Strategic Initiatives, to manage the intake, prioritization, and roadmap of DTC projects and initiatives. Job Summary: The Production Finance Coordinator will support three Production Finance Executives and productions that they are currently assigned. This position interacts with all of the shows on a daily basis.

A successful Financial Analyst will help develop and maintain best in class financial processes, improve technical performance, and align decision making with the business' key performance indicators for the Technical Services department of the Theme park. Technical Services is tasked with constructing, maintaining and improving the mechanical operations of the park including all rides, attractions, shows and facilities.

Position Summary The Manager, Revenue will be part of the NBCU Studio Group’s accounting team responsible for the operational accounting of the Studio Group production business (specifically the order to cash process). This role will be responsible for creating new contracts/ revisions in the revenue subledger system for productions, managing billing and revenue recognition triggers, reviewing proposed revenue transactions, and managing the billing processes.

The Vice President, Facilities Operations & Engineering will be responsible for developing and leading facility operations strategy, teams, tools and solutions for NBC Universal’s West Coast facilities along with our facilities operations in Atlanta, GA. You will be leading a large diverse workforce of facility pro’s along with major facility IWMS systems, critical systems monitoring, service center, MRO and extensive maintenance and repair programs across approximately 5M square feet of office and studio facilities.

The Manager, Finance is a core member of the NBCUniversal finance team responsible for providing strategic, operational, and financial support to the Digital Products and Games team.
