“What would you say you do here?” Manage calendars and phones for three busy offices. Will entail being able to independently prioritize projects/meetings and coordinating with several calendars beyond your own office. Initiating and following up on meetings with attention to protocol for how to communicate and request time. Update and maintain department status reports/memos. Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports. Track and read submissions and writing samples and offer written thoughts/coverage in a timely manner. Offer critical feedback on creative submissions.
