The Ad Sales Finance Manager is responsible for digital ad sales finance processes for NBCNews.com, CNBC.com, MSNBC.com, Today.com and the growing portfolio of news specific virtual/FAST channels. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU Ad Sales through daily exposure/interaction with Sales, Planning, Inventory, Research, business development, and Division Finance functions. This position will report to the Finance Director for News, FAST, and TV Distribution.

Position Overview: The Training Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training strategies for the SAP S4/Hana implementation. This role will focus on designing and delivering engaging training content, as well as leading change management efforts to ensure user adoption and smooth transitions throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, training delivery, and change management, with hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Enable Now, Articulate, and Storyline.

NBCUniversal is looking for a Fleet Service Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. You will also be the primary liaison for an external vendor as needed.

The News Desk Producer will cover day-of national and foreign news for NBC News Channel. NBC News Channel provides news content and editorial support to all NBC affiliate stations, NBC News, MSNBC, NBC Nightly News, Today Show, all NBC News digital platforms, CNBC. Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. This is a full-time remote position with a preference for the Charlotte, NC area.

Responsibilites: Support Peacock’s on-demand video fulfillment supply chain. Ingest and prepare content for delivery to the DTC platform. Communicate frequent updates to vendors, third-party clients, network partners, and internal teams. Research content availability, assist with backfill, and track ingest status, providing updates to stakeholders. Manage program materials, including publishing, ingest, fulfillment, and replacements.
