Vice President, Security - Sports
The Vice President of Sports Security based in Stamford, CT leads and manages all safety, security, and risk management operations for the company’s sports production, events, talent, facilities, and personnel. This includes planning, executing, and overseeing security protocols and operations for major sporting events across the United States and abroad. The role ensures physical security, executive protection, crisis response, vendor oversight, law enforcement coordination, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive security strategy for sports productions and events. Lead risk assessment and threat analysis for venues, lodging, and transportation. Plan and execute security operations for high‑profile sports events. Manage executive protection for talent and leadership. Coordinate with law enforcement, public safety, and venue security. Oversee internal and contracted security staff, ensuring training and compliance. Direct investigations into incidents and manage crisis response. Work closely with legal, HR, EHS, risk management, and production teams. Manage security budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts. Maintain on‑call availability and readiness for emergencies.
