Content Director
VERSANT is seeking a visionary Content Director to manage a Digital Storytelling team that will develop compelling content for corporate and community impact initiatives and moments that resonate with our brands’ audiences. In this role, you will oversee the development of creative content across various platforms while ensuring brand consistency and innovation. You are an organized, collaborative, and highly motivated self-starter with an insatiable intellectual curiosity. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, Comms & CSR leadership, and other team members to bring ideas to life and drive our brand's voice. Responsibilities: Guide and inspire the storytelling team by developing original and impactful content that aligns with our brand vision and objectives. Direct the creation of high-quality storytelling content for various mediums, including digital, social media, video, and email campaigns. Collaborate with team leadership, partners and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into compelling content. Ensure all content aligns with the VERSANT brand mission and voice while staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for engaging online content that drives traffic and enhances user experience. Work closely with VERSANT Marketing to support marketing and partnership efforts across digital, social and broadcast platforms Present and articulate content ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision. Manage the assignment schedule for members of the storytelling team and freelancer hires. Review, edit and proofread all visual and written content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and in the case of written copy, adherence to grammar and style rules, delivering the highest-quality content.
