The Publicity Manager is responsible for setting up, managing and implementing publicity campaigns from conception to final delivery for all Universal theatrical releases (representing the releases of Universal, Paramount & Sony) covering the Netherlands market. Objective: get as much publicity as possible resulting in more cinema visits to deliver against budget assigned target. Responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing publicity campaigns from conception to final delivery for each Universal, Paramount & Sony release.

The Administrative Assistant, Global Publicity will fully support the EVP, Global Publicity and liaise between the Global Publicity team. The individual in this role will manage the calendar, phones, travel, expenses, contacts, filing and all administrative needs for the EVP, Global Publicity. The Administrative Assistant will manage all Global Publicity team meetings. They will conduct and provide research to the team, assist at events such as premieres, press days and screenings and handle communication interdepartmentally.

The Global Custom Content, Junket and Experiential Teams develop, build and execute major beats of a film’s marketing campaign and work across all divisions of Universal’s Filmed Entertainment Group. In this multifaceted position, the Coordinator, Global Publicity will work hand-in-hand with both the Custom Content/Junket and Experiential teams on the front lines of marketing campaigns, helping to produce 30+ events per year and interacting with almost every department globally across motion picture marketing.
