Specialist, Olympic Sales
Pre-sale process: The position will assist in pre-sale, execution & post-sale efforts for NBCUniversal’s Olympic Rights & Sponsorship Group. Ability to build and maintain tracking documents with attention to detail. This role will interface with internal constituencies (marketing, sales, management, research, production, and legal) in order to secure requisite input/approvals for business opportunities. Individual must also have the ability to interface with external customers (advertisers, agencies) and translate the needs of the target brand into executable programs that generate revenue for NBC Universal. Create Marketing Strategy: Visual storytelling: Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applications. Communication: Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners. Cross-platform dexterity: Support in the development of ideas that stretch across platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social, VOD, etc.) Post-sale process: Assist in the execution of multi-platform campaign packages sold to brand partners and ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed and adhering to the terms of the deal. Work with key counterparts in Production, Programming, Promotions and USOPP, as well as other Solutions teams from across NBC Universal to ensure successful and quality execution of all sponsorship elements.
