What You’ll Do Support the full design process, from research and concepting to prototyping, testing, and implementation, by understanding user needs and collaborating closely with engineers. Partner with senior and principal designers to elevate content experiences, improve usability, and ensure seamless user journeys. Receive mentorship and feedback while working with the broader Design team to refine your craft and grow as a product designer. Develop and evolve a strong design point of view that aligns with brand, business, and user goals. Collaborate with product managers to shape features across playback, sports, and ongoing discovery initiatives. Help define the future of sports and playback experiences across all platforms. Present design work, data & research insights, and ideas to peers, stakeholders, and executives. Optimize design solutions for TV, web, and mobile, leveraging the unique capabilities of each. Own the end-to-end design process, from early sketches to final assets, documentation, and design QA. Contribute to and help evolve our design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability. Collaborate with data and research teams to inform and validate design decisions. Work closely with remote and onsite engineering partners to ensure feasibility, usability, and implementation. Advocate for design priorities across the product roadmap, including apps, web, mobile, and partner experiences. Foster a strong, inclusive design culture within NBCUniversal.
