The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product development and business understanding. The candidate will have strong technical, analytical and product background. Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics to optimize acquisition product experiences, providing a data-driven, objective perspective that aligns cross-functional teams on performance against key goals. Execute against an acquisition analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce Product & Growth teams, ensuring insights drive meaningful improvements. Lead the integration of critical new data sources (e.g., transactions, page latency, error events) into existing data platforms to enhance analytical depth. Develop and maintain reliable, high-performance data pipelines in Databricks in collaboration with Data Engineering. Foster a culture of inclusion, empathy, analytical rigor, and teamwork, while driving the company's success.
