Key Responsibilities Help teams navigate uncertainty, ambiguity, and lack of context. Inspire and initiate deliberate actions in the teams to keep the processes and projects in healthy shape. Nurture consistent collaborative practices across the teams. Create cross-team communication opportunities for the teams. Create an environment for forming good habits around communication and engineering practices. Manage and mitigate risks in team structure, team-level bandwidth, and roadmap. Collaborate to drive the SDK vision and navigate the execution of it. Help teams to get to the next level in terms of productivity and communication.
