Manager, Distribution Insights & Analytics

This position sits within Media Group Decision Sciences, a team with a charter to provide valuable insights that enable decision-making across NBCU’s TV networks, FAST channels, and Peacock. In this high-impact role, you’ll deliver actionable insights that shape deal-making strategies with major distributors. You’ll dive into audience data, identify industry trends, and lead performance reporting for NBCU’s growing FAST business. Responsibilities Partner with the NBCUniversal Content Distribution Group to develop data-driven insights supporting distribution deal negotiations with external partners. Leverage third-party data sources (e.g., Nielsen) and internal expertise to create compelling content strategy and product positioning materials. Develop and maintain recurring reports tracking marketplace and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making. Lead analytics and performance reporting for NBCUniversal’s FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) business, including the creation of executive-level dashboards and insights. Collaborate with Data Products and Technology teams to enhance reporting infrastructure and drive scalable, automated analytics solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline analysis, improve reporting accuracy, and surface strategic insights across distribution channels.
