Segment Producer, MSNBC Morning Joe

MSNBC is looking for an experienced Segment Producer for MSNBC’s Morning Joe. This position is represented by the Writers Guild of America East. Responsibilities: Research and write daily news scripts, guest segments, and reporter hits. Determine video, sound, and graphics for assigned segments. Communicate daily story development with senior team. Be in control room during airing of live segment. Take part in editorial planning. Pitch story ideas.
