Senior Director, Technical Solutions
The Senior Director of Technical Solutions will primarily be responsible for driving in-market usage of the NBCU ad product suite, bridging connective growth between Product and Ad Sales, and driving forward new solutions to change how media is planning, executed, and measured by large advertisers and agencies, ultimately supporting efforts to develop and implement a strong suite of solutions that combine data, activation, and outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: This position will work closely with our Senior leaders & teams, clients and agencies, and internal/external product owners and solutions providers. Acting as the primary lead in-market with NBCU product solutions, this role will deliver tailored demonstrations, provide solutions to client challenges, and collaborate closely with sales, product management, and strategy teams. Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. Act as the primary product solutions authority during the sales process, delivering compelling demonstrations and technical presentations customized to client requirements Drive activation of advertising and data products by partnering with Planning, Ops, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches from beta-testing to broad adoption by our largest advertisers Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand clients' challenges, and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product, Strategy, Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Technology to align on solutions prioritizing sustainable growth and client success Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and beyond. Support post-sales activities to ensure a seamless transition and continued success for our customers. Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to improve connection between sales and product processes and enhance customer engagement. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain at the cutting edge. Partner with the product owners to enhance and grow existing offerings Work with 3rd Party solutions to commercialize and scale with agencies and advertisers Go-to-Market Strategy & Scaled Activation Be a thought-leader for new opportunities, engaging with agencies, advertisers, and sales leads to realize full potential Drive activation of ad products by partnering with Planning, Ops, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches from beta-testing to broad adoption by our largest advertisers
