Analytics Engineer, BI & Analytics

NBCUniversal Advertising Platforms & Operations (AP&O) is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From product management to program management to sales operations, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $10B+ annual advertising business. Together, we’re building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU. The Business Intelligence & Analytics team within AP&O leverages data to empower business customers with actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making. We are currently seeking an Analytics Engineer to support design and implementation of scalable data solutions, empowering stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategy with data analytics solutions. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Analytics Engineer, in this role you will: Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of analytical reporting ETL pipelines and related front-end interfaces (e.g., dashboards), leveraging data languages such as SQL and Python, and platforms such as Snowflake and pipeline management tools. Contribute to the development and execution of QA and UAT protocols, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues to ensure solutions perform effectively. Support training and ongoing support to data users, enabling them to effectively utilize data solutions and tools. Collaborate on the development of advanced analytics prototypes to drive strategic initiatives and business outcomes. Write and maintain comprehensive documentation to support scalability and knowledge transfer across the organization.
