Sales Manager (Remote, Gauteng region)
*Please Note:* This role is fully remote, based in the Gauteng Province and KwaZulu-Natal regions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating, launching and executing plans to drive sales and build market presence within Gauteng and Kwazulu-Natal regions. The role entails launching and growing the sales business for our range of product software and services that enable golf clubs to manage their operations efficiently, driving long term sustainability and revenue for our business within the regions. Key Responsibilities: To build customer base, develop accounts and increase revenue. Key focal points are sales and revenue growth and sustainability. The successful candidate will be required to: Develop an ongoing understanding of market requirements. Continually analyse the competitive landscape. Help create and develop products that fulfil market needs. Create and develop marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue. Prepare presentations that differentiate our products and services as a preferred technical and commercial solution for potential customers. Negotiate and close deals profitably. Build and leverage a strong network within and across the industry through positioning our products and services as market centric. Collaborate across internal teams specifically customer support, marketing and product teams to ensure customer success and achievement of business goals. Play a key role in contributing and collaborating with senior management in the planning, rollout and delivery of strategic initiatives. Be results focused, meeting and/or exceeding individual and company metrics and goals. Be proactive with a strong work ethic. To have a working knowledge of Salesforce and be able to apply best practices in maintaining and recording customer and sales data. Be able to report and analyse company activities in order to be able to operate proactively in order to sustain and grow the business. Acting as an ambassador for the business and participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and/or events that are determined to help build accelerating sales or build your profile.
