Sr. Technical Product Manager - Fandango

Fandango is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the development & implementation of B2B data solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. You will oversee data products, ensure product quality, and drive product development within an agile framework. Product Development & Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of data products, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders. Oversee data infrastructure to support product performance and reliability. Agile Management: Co-Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Manage the product backlog and prioritize immediate and long-term backlog items. Backlog & Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with product strategy and business goals. Communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Process & Documentation: Document and optimize product development processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and workflows. Release Management: Communicate release notes and updates to internal teams, including customer success managers. Technical Support: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and triage incoming support requests. QA & Testing: Co-manage the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing processes to ensure product quality. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for product improvements. Financial Documentation: Handle monthly invoice processing and financial documentation related to data products. Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and studio teams to inform product planning and strategy.
