UX/UI Designer (Enterprise Applications)

Our Enterprise Product organization is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team. The UX team supports dozens of browser-based applications for internal users, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.  The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools within a design system. They have a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly UIs using repeatable patterns and templates. The successful Designer needs to be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly when scope and requirements are fluid.  Responsibilities:   Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders Produce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slides Use Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs leveraging enterprise-grade patterns and templates; produce interaction prototypes for handoff Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products Eloquently present design solutions to stakeholders
