The Core Video iOS team is looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to grow and develop our international talent base into a first-class team of engineers. Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Mentor and coach team members. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand user needs, and provide technical direction. Strive to constantly improve the overall quality through code reviews, tech talks, pair programming and other collaborative practices. Understand business needs and design valuable software solutions that work well within the wider architecture. Proactively estimate efforts and identify any potential risks. Manage team roadmap and capacity. Push technical boundaries while also recommending new processes and technologies. Help foster an environment of inclusiveness
