Manager, Post Automation

The Manager of Post Automation will lead a team of engineers and developers to help grow and support NBCU's Post-Production automation platform. The ideal candidate will oversee the development, code management, and data reporting for the tools. In addition, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Post Workflow team to ensure client requests are accurately captured, properly prioritized and built to specifications. Responsibilities: Manage a team of developers and engineers in these areas Code management (including but not limited to CI/CD) Development QA/QC Data management and reporting Application development Manage assignments for the team, based on timelines and the skills of the development team Assign proper deadlines for each assignment Set accurate expectations for senior management on delivery timelines Engage with third party vendors as needed, specifically regarding integration via automation Oversee L3 support for the automation platform Oversee L3 support for the internal Media Asset Management (MAM) platform
