Associate Producer, Weekend TODAY

As an Associate Producer on the Weekend TODAY team, you will be responsible for pitching, writing and producing weekly franchise tape packages, show open, order graphics, research and produce live segments for broadcast. Responsibilities: Produce weekly franchise segment Life Well Lived), news content, primarily for broadcast, including research, interviews, writing & editing scripts, overseeing tape edits Produce fast-paced pop culture news (Pop Start) An Associate Producer is expected to both pitch story ideas and work on assigned stories developed by the editorial team Work with Standards & Legal Team to ensure Editorial Standards of all segments Work with morning team on Show Open and show fixes and updates
