Responsibilities: “What would you say you do here?” Manage calendars and phones for two lively offices. Will entail being able to prioritize projects/meetings and coordinating several calendars beyond your own office. Initiating and following up on meetings with attention to protocol for how to communicate and request time. Help manage the schedule and tasks of the two offices, with clear communication to your executives. Track and read submissions and writing samples, and offer written thoughts in a timely manner.
