BACKGROUND: NBCU TV& Streaming is looking for a Sr. Director to set the strategic research vision for the new Peacock Engagement & Retention Research function that is aligned with organizational objectives. This individual will use their prior experience working with Digital/App Product & Analytics teams to lead research initiatives that help drive engagement and retention goals for Peacock subscribers and bring the consumer perspective to organizational decision-making.

The NBCUniversal team is looking for a Senior Director of User Experience Research to drive the strategic product research vision for Peacock, building and aligning the user research roadmap to organizational objectives as well as solving for immediate product and design needs. This person will collaborate with cross functional partners across the Product, Design, Data Science, and Analytics teams, and will lead the research initiatives that help the team validate and evaluate features as well as the foundational research that helps define our future strategic product roadmaps.
