The Wireless Manager is responsible for the coordination, validation, and operational oversight of wireless and RF systems supporting Universal’s global Ride & Show operations. This role ensures effective spectrum coordination, coexistence, and validation for Wi-Fi, private LTE/5G, point-to-point/multipoint RF links, and other wireless technologies that enable real-time control, monitoring, and performance across attractions, facilities, and connected infrastructure.

The Security Systems Manager – Parkwide Security & Surveillance is responsible for the technical leadership, project delivery, and lifecycle oversight of parkwide security and surveillance systems. This role leads to the planning, design, procurement, installation, integration, and acceptance of complex security technologies that support guest safety, operational security, and regulatory compliance across the park.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for a singular contract or scope of work. Responsible for supporting or managing the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, or Show Control Systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES    Assists in managing or manages vendors through the process of bidding, designing, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, start up, and commissioning of ride or show control systems.
